Your project brief
The project brief tool prepares text inside your browser. The website does not submit the form fields to a server, save them in a database, or use browser storage to remember them. A generated brief remains in the page until you close or reload it. Your browser may offer its own form autofill or page restoration features.
“Copy brief” asks your browser to copy the text to your clipboard. “Download .txt” creates a file on your device. You control where that file is stored and how it is shared. Please leave passwords, access tokens, sensitive customer records and other confidential information out of the brief.
Opening an email draft
“Open email draft” uses a mailto link to pass the prepared inquiry to your email application, addressed to rshbhkataria@gmail.com. The website cannot confirm whether an email application opens or whether you send the message. You must review and send it yourself. If your device cannot open the draft, you can copy the brief and email it using your preferred service.
If you choose to send an inquiry, your email provider and the recipient’s email provider will process the message. CodeCanvasDigital receives the information you include and your sender details so that the inquiry can be reviewed and answered. Only include information you intend to share for that purpose.
Cookies, analytics and external resources
This website does not set analytics cookies or load advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded social widgets. The page styles, scripts and illustrations are served with the website. No analytics service is included in this version.
Routine website requests
Your browser makes requests to the hosting service to load the pages and assets. The hosting service may keep routine access or security logs, such as the request time, requested page, IP address and browser information. These are separate from the project brief fields, which the brief tool does not transmit.

Changes to this website
If the website adds a server-based inquiry form, analytics, accounts or other services, this note will need to be updated to explain the actual behavior before those features are introduced.
